** Position Summary**

** What You’ll Do**
- **Drive Custom Salesforce Development**: Take ownership of our Salesforce platform, leading the design and delivery of custom solutions that address complex business needs. Your expertise will be critical in maximizing our Salesforce investment.
- **Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align IT initiatives with business strategy, set priorities, and deliver impactful results.
- **Full Lifecycle Ownership**: Lead projects from concept through deployment, ensuring robust requirements gathering, agile development, rigorous testing, and continuous improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

** What You Bring**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and significant, relevant professional experience
- **Salesforce Expertise**: Proven experience in custom Salesforce development and administration, including integrations and automation.
- **Bonus Skills**: Experience with Kinaxis and/or SAP development is a strong plus.
- **Technical Toolkit**: Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Kinaxis, Informatica, SQL, and modern reporting tools.
- **Business Acumen**: Deep understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, and CRM.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, manage projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
