**Summary**

As a Sales Associate at Trade Secrets, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our stores. Located in various retail environments across Canada, this position is essential for promoting our diverse range of beauty products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their beauty needs.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to attract customers.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Multilingual skills are an asset but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
