**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install tiles in residential and commercial settings with precision and care.
- Execute carpentry work including framing, building structures, and finishing touches.
- Install drywall efficiently while ensuring a smooth finish for painting or wallpapering.
- Build various structures as required by project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for all installation tasks.
- Restore existing installations when required, ensuring they meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in tile laying, drywall installation, carpentry, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
