Duties

We are looking for someone to run the front of house and assist with managing the production floor. This entails responding to customer inquiries, shipping and packing customer orders, overseeing production, client relations, attendance and assistance with setting up and manning tradeshows both domestic and international. We are also looking for those who have the ambition to pursue further sales opportunities and develop new clients and customers which will be compensated in addition to standard pay. In addition we are looking for those who are flexible and are willing to learn about all aspects of the business, from sales, to production, to R&D. For those with the ambition and drive we are looking for someone who can be mentored to take on further leadership positions down the line.

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Fluent in English, French fluency is not required but will be considered highly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in project management principles
- Experience in the Armed Forces or law enforcement is desired but not required
- Interest in the field of Defense and the tactical world
