Richmond Night Market is looking for a part-time staff starting from April 25 until the mid of **OCTOBER** 2025. This job opportunity is perfect for young and energetic high school and university students who are looking for work experience and are able to work on weekends, and after school. No work experience is required

Richmond Night Market is an annual night market event held through the summer months in Richmond, British Columbia.

The event runs on weekends and is located near River Rock Casino and the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station.

We are currently looking for ticket seller staffs who have the time commitment to help out with our event until October.

The Info Tent Staff role will have duties (but not limited to) such as:

- Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries
- Providing event information and directions
- Managing lost and found items
- Communicating with team members via walkie-talkie
- Making public announcements when required
- Selling bottled drinks and keeping the area tidy
- Coordinating with other teams for on-site support
- Handling minor customer concerns or directing them to the appropriate staff

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly, approachable, and patient
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using a walkie-talkie and making announcements
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team
- A secondary language would be an asset
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
