The **Portfolio Coordinator** will be responsible for supporting business operations for the Power & Renewables portfolio. The Portfolio Coordinator will work closely with the portfolio manager, directors, and vice presidents to understand the state of the global power & renewables market; identify and provide bid support to key clients to win work; ensure that daily business and project operations are progressing as planned and provide reporting and oversight support to management.

This role will be based in **Vancouver, BC.**

**Your role within the team**:

- Work with the portfolio management team to evaluate bidding opportunities, organize bid teams, compose bids, and issue responses to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with technical professionals and business teams to complete task for clients and senior management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to define scope of work and identify key team members who can support key activities.
- Coordinate with finance to monitor and govern the financial and operational performance projects under a senior member of the portfolio team.
- Support data analysis on portfolio financials, projects, and overall performance.
- Support landscape analysis of the industry, our potential clients, and the competitive landscape.

- A technical power generation, transmission/distribution, civil/structural, or mechanical background is an asset.
- Data analytics, data structure knowledge, SQL, MS Access is an asset.
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and the ability to manipulate financial models is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to face challenges head-on.
- A strong desire to learn both the technical and business aspects of an engineering business.
- Proficiency in French and other languages is not required but considered favorable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in formal business writing.
