WDNA is an authorized exclusive Rogers and Fido dealer with 26 locations across the Greater Toronto Area.

Our Sales Associates are the first point of contact with customers. They are expert in building strong customer relationship and make every customer feel welcome and leave them delighted. They want every customer sharing their experience and always coming back.

**In this role you will**:

- Deliver a superior and consistent customer experience from start to finish and resolve escalations
- Be the first to learn about new products and services and keep yourself up to date with all Promotions
- Utilize digital tools to interact with our customers
- Meet and exceed key performance objectives including monthly sales targets
- Work with and through others to achieve team goals in a highly collaborative environment
- Attending Training sessions
- Be able to work a varied and flexible schedule **(Monday - Sunday)**

**You are someone who has**:

- Positive attitude focused on Customer service experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Knack for building rapport and making customers feel welcome and appreciated
- Ensures that customers understand our products and services
- Is comfortable taking action, showing initiative and feels empowered to lead
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in their work environment and acts as a brand ambassador

**Setting the Stage for Your Success**:
As a new hire, we will hand hold you through several weeks of onboarding, training, and mentoring to set you up for success early in the process.
