**Position Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Clean tooling as required.
- Assist in tooling maintenance requests.
- Assume other responsibilities and tasks as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.
- Comply with all work instructions, quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School College diploma or GED.
- Specialist college diploma in tool and die, mould maker, mechanical technician of tool room machines or equivalent program.
- Ability to use hand tools and operate tool room machines.
- Must be physically capable of performing work required with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Willingness to learn on the job, flexible with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment both within a team or independently.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and physical fitness.
