**Technicien informatique - Niveau 1-2**
- Notre meilleur client a un contrat à long terme à embaucher pour un poste de technicien informatique niveau 1-2 pour travailler sur site à Brossard, Québec, Canada
- Il s'agit d'un poste bilingue, le consultant devra donc parler français et anglais puisqu'il aidera les clients.
- Le tarif est de 25 à 32 $ de l'heure.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Fournir un support technique quotidien aux utilisateurs concernant leurs besoins en matériel informatique et en logiciels.
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du matériel informatique.
- Aide au dépannage de la connectivité réseau
- Collaborer avec des spécialistes du réseau pour installer et entretenir le matériel et les logiciels du réseau, assurer le dépannage
- Gère les services d'annuaire, les comptes d'utilisateurs et les autorisations d'accès conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise.
- Installer et configurer du matériel informatique (imprimantes, scanners, claviers, écrans, projecteurs, tablettes, smartphones, etc.)
- Assurer le dépannage et le support pour la suite Office 365 et Windows

**EXIGENCES**
- Détenir un DEC en informatique ou une expérience pertinente
- Avoir 3 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires**Computer Technician - Level 1-2**
- Our top client has a long-term contract to hire for a Level 1-2 IT Technician position to work onsite in Brossard, Quebec, Canada
- This is a bilingual position, so the consultant will need to speak French and English as they will be assisting clients.
- The rate is $25 to $32 per hour.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide daily technical support to users regarding their computer hardware and software needs.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment.
- Help troubleshooting network connectivity
- Collaborate with network specialists to install and maintain network hardware and software, provide troubleshooting
- Manages directory services, user accounts and access permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Install and configure computer equipment (printers, scanners, keyboards, screens, projectors, tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Provide troubleshooting and support for the Office 365 suite and Windows

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a DEC in computer science or relevant experience
- Have 3 years of experience in similar functions

Pay Range: CAD $25.00 - CAD $32.00 /Hr. About Us:
