IT Manager

Nolk is seeking an IT Manager to establish IT as a core function of the company. This is a key position and requires someone who can leverage their existing IT experience to develop a corporate IT strategy as well as being hands-on in implementing it. This requires someone who’s happy to be the first “boots on the ground” and also understands the importance of acting as a “player-manager”.
**Responsibilities**
IT management
- Development and implementation of IT policies
- Responsible for developing IT strategy to scale with the business
- Ensure IT security and integrity of the business
- Project management of IT projects
- Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware / Asset Management
- IT budget planning and controlling
Service Operation, Support and Service Ownership
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and guidelines, licenses, IT account management and security
- Maintain IT components used for eCommerce (GS1, EDI integrations/connections)
- Manage new user setup/user exits according to IT policies
Corporate Applications Support
- Ownership and maintenance of the operational tech stack
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with corporate IT management with responsibility for IT budget and IT project management
- Strong technical skills and understanding
- Solid experience in business IT infrastructure management
- Experience with corporate cybersecurity policies
- Approachable, empathetic and a strong communicator
- Team-oriented, self-driven and motivated personality, hands-on and flexible
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and prioritization is key
- Fluent English speaker
- ERP integration experience (nice to have)
- Ecommerce experience (nice to have)
