We are seeking a **3D BIM Modeler** with strong proficiency in **Revit**, specifically in mechanical and electrical systems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering high-quality BIM solutions across a range of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Modify and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and other trades to ensure design accuracy and constructability
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support BIM workflow and project goals
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and follow company BIM standards
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **Revit modeling**, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Solid understanding of BIM coordination practices and construction documentation
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings and specifications
- **Advantageous**: Experience using **Trimble SysQue** for fabrication-level modeling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
