With our continued success and growth, we are currently looking for a full-time, year-round **Health & Safety Administrator**. This position is based out of our head office in Blumenort, MB.

**The Duties**:

- Implement and support project safety plans, regulatory requirements, and other safe work practices.
- Communicate company safety strategies on projects.
- Identify Hazards and implement controls.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Monitor the quality of trade submissions.
- Participate in investigations of reported accidents, rule violations, and near miss incidents

**The Qualifications**:

- Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Experience or participation in a workplace safety program identifying hazards.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- In the process of obtaining a diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or recently completed.
- In the process of obtaining or have obtained an NCSO designation.
- Basic Office software competency / able to adapt to new technology.
- Customer service or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with tools, equipment or machines.
- Experience in construction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
