**The role**

As a Specialist, Human Resources you will actively support the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and the Organizational Development team in the implementation of HR initiatives with a strategic and operational scope. Thanks to your collaborative and rigorous approach, you will contribute to the evolution of HR practices across the organization for projects related to employee experience, talent management, data analysis or manager coaching.

**The responsibilities**
- Contribute to the implementation of annual HR programs and processes, including performance management, professional development, training programs, succession planning and other employee experience initiatives.
- Support managers in identifying staffing needs, creating new positions, drafting job descriptions and preparing evaluation requests.
- Participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Support the management of HR transactions and data in SAP, including modules related to onboarding, performance appraisals and training.
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including full employee lifecycle management in SAP.
- Provide support for labor relations files and internal movements, including preparation of letters and follow-up of required steps.
- Contribute to HR data analysis, prepare reports and monitor indicators to support decisions, identify trends and recommend concrete actions for improvement.

**The requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration or related discipline. Any combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human resources. Any other combination of education and experience may be considered.
- CHRA/CRIA professional designation an asset.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and team spirit.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential data.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ideally SAP) an asset.
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
