**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the VP Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for setting up of day-to-day scheduling, coordination of supply chain functions and materials management. The individual is also responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date inventory of packaging, raw materials and finished goods, and troubleshooting variances in order to maintain an accurate and orderly inventory management system at all times.
**As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will**:
- Work with the Master Scheduler to generate a Master Planning Schedule for the next 13 weeks for the Beverage facility.
- Release and generate a 13- week Production Schedule based on the agreed Master Planning Schedule, in conjunction with the Master Scheduler and Plant Operations
- Generate and maintain ATP (Available to Promise) inventory records to provide the Sales, Logistics and Fulfillment Teams with Semi
- finished and Finished Goods availability.
- Generate, maintain and manage day
- to day production scheduling, for the production of bulk, semi
- finished and finished goods, in conjunction with the Plant Manager, Quality Assurance, and the Supervisors to ensure timeous product availability to match ATP (Available to Promise) inventory.
- Match production schedule to demand requirements and purchase orders from customers, to ensure targeted ship out dates are met.
- Ensure that components are available to drive the Production Schedule planned for the next 3 weeks to ensure that targeted ship out dates on purchase orders are met, leveraging the EWS (Early Warning System) report received from Material Handling Team Weekly.
- Generate production orders (RLPs) to match the signed off and actioned production schedule.
- Work with Master Data Team to set up and action new master data required for new products, and any changes to product lifecycle.
- Close production orders (RLPs) post-production after batch records are signed off, and inventory reconciliations are performed.
- Attend the Weekly ATP call to represent the Edibles facility with Plant Manager
- Attend the Supply Planning meeting to represent the Edibles facility with Plant Manager.
- Coordinates with logistics and fulfillment teams to action inter
- company transfers.
**As a Supply Chain Coordinator you bring**:
- 2+ years minimum experience in a related role
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics) an asset
- Previous cannabis experience is a strong asset
- Thorough understanding of transportation and courier company’s requirements for shipping domestically and internationally
- Experience with ERP Software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NAV/Business Central Dynamics)
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
- Highly conscientious and attentive; uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to professional development and knowledge acquisition
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
