Responsibilities:

- Prepare alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve Foods and drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting table
- Answering phone calls and placing to-go orders
- Preparing bill and processing payments
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**Requirements**:

- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender/Server
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service training mandatory (SMARTSERV Certified)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$26.75 per hour
