**Fuel your career: Exciting opportunity for a full-time Lube/Apprentice Technician** **About the Role** Supported by the Service Department the Lube/Apprentice Technician contributes to the operational efficiency of the shop by performing express services such as; lube, oil and filter changes, tire rotations, mount and balance, and minor maintenance services in accordance to Abbotsford Hyundai and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring that our customer's visits meet and exceed expectations. **Schedule**:Full-Time **Wage**:$50,000 to $63,000 (Depending on experience) **What We Offer**: *** - **Extended Health Care**: - ** Dental**: - ** RRSP**: - ** Employee Assistance Program**: - ** Paid time off** **Who You Are**: - Minimum 3 months of previous Automotive Technician experience or AST education - Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract - Must possess knowledge of technical repairs and procedures - Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions - Desire to exceed customer expectations through a "Fix it right the first time" attitude - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask **What Your Day Will Look Like**: - Perform maintenance requirements in accordance to manufacturer guidelines - Diagnose and report existing conditions and additional repairs to the appropriate parties - Communicate with Clients and Service team regarding client vehicle conditions - Compose and communicate detailed estimates to Service Advisors - Remain up to date on manufacturer technical knowledge - Assist in housekeeping of the shop and keep your bay clean **About Us** Trotman Auto Group is an industry-leading, diversified dealer group representing fourteen major OEM brands through twelve dealerships located across British Columbia.
