**Your Role**:
As a Junior HR Specialist at BMI, youll be at the forefront of our Human Resources initiatives, helping to optimize team member engagement, productivity, and efficiency. We believe in your potential, so **no experience or formal credentials are required**. All we ask for is your unyielding passion for the humanities side of business, and a genuine love for technology. Well provide the training and mentorship you need to excel in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for both internal needs and external client requests.
- Track, analyze, and report team member performance analytics.
- Leverage our existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and other HR software to optimize team member communication, engagement, productivity, and efficiency.
- Participate in monthly performance evaluations of team members.
- Complete tasks related to setting up HR systems and streamlining HR processes for our clients.
- Collaborate to ensure the success of our social club events.
