Document Specialist/customer Service

**Job Overview**:
As a Document Specialist/Customer Service team member, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring seamless documentation, client communication, and project coordination for our repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects. Your attention to detail and customer-first approach will help maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Document Management & Processing:
- Prepare, review, and organize project contracts, work orders, permits, and invoices.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project-related documentation.
Customer Service & Support:
- Schedule appointments, track project timelines, and provide updates to clients.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.24-$26.31 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
