**Description du poste**:
Vous serez responsable de répondre à toute demande de service sur les lignes téléphoniques d'assistance juridique en ce qui concerne les questions de common law et de droit civil. Vous serez responsable de vous assurer que les demandes sont traitées rapidement et que les réponses sont professionnelles et correctes en droit.

**Conditions préalables**:

- Bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit).
- Baccalauréat en droit.
- Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec et/ou d'une autre juridiction canadienne.

**Job description**:
You will be responsible for answering any request for service on the Telephone Legal Assistance Lines in relation to Common and Civil Law matters. You will be responsible to ensure the requests are treated promptly and that the answers are professional and correct in law.

We ensure that every caller in need of assistance is tended to by providing excellent service and exceeding our customers' expectations. Helping others is our main mission here at Assistenza.

**Preconditions**:

- bilingual French and English (oral and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and/or of another Canadian jurisdiction.
