**What we are looking for**

**What you will do**

As the **Regional Commercial Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and growing the commercial business segment. This will include working with and leveraging our extensive commercial team of ADSMs and GMs throughout the regions you are assigned and working across North America as needed where your local relationships create opportunities in other regions in the United States and Canada.

In this role your function will be to ensure the sustainable growth of the commercial business, working to determine what influencers to target in your assigned area, what specific accounts will require your direct attention, and providing direction and support to the local ADSMs and GMs that will work most of the local commercial projects, as well as maintain the local account relationships that will drive the commercial business for Cosentino.

Job Expectations
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of Cosentino products, and margins and ensure we hit the region sales budget.
- Develop, establish, and grow relationships with targeted commercial accounts by cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing GC/Developers/Fabricators/Millworkers/Corporate accounts, their purchasing agents, designer, and sales teams to secure long-term business relationships.
- Track and understand each large commercial account and our value proposition to their fabricating supplier and their customers
- Establish commercial profiles with key contacts by prioritizing activities to obtain, recapture and retain their business
- Coach and develop team members with a focus on inspiring others to achieve their highest potential
- Communicate product features and their influence within each account Regionally, provide input as to what you think is achievable but challenging sales goals for our commercial team every year concerning the facade sector
- Determine key commercial accounts that specify architectural surfaces - and personally make sure our team or yourself are effectively growing these relationships - with the end goal of showing that Cosentino is being specified and sold on the jobs they are working.
- Take a leadership role on all commercial-related marketing events/shows in your assigned regions - making sure that effective follow-up of leads from these events is completed.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and national peers to assure the highest level of segment penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plan for the segment.
- Manage and review monthly account reports with the Commercial Project Director.
- Document activity and account progress utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

**What you will need to succeed**

**Professional Experience**
Required
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience in the commercial industry

**Knowledge**
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Salesforce Proficiency

Desired
- Ability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs
- Construct Connect Insight or similar

**Skills**
Required
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Creatively solve problems and ability to overcome obstacles to achieve success metrics
- Ability to travel locally about 80% of the time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

**Academical Background**
Required
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College (BS or BA)

Desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

**About Cosentino**
- Pay: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
