We’re looking for a creative, trendy + enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with a passion for all things fashion, hair + beauty, for our Red deer Boutique. Our industry, our brands and the individuals we work with are fashion forward, exciting and fun.

**JOB TYPE**: Part Time

**AVAILABILITY**: Monday, Thursday, Saturday + Coverage if required

**WAGE**:$16.00 Hourly

**WHO WE ARE**

Summit Salon Services is a Canadian based distributor bursting with personality and obsessed with all things hair + beauty. We supply professional beauty, salon, esthetic + spa supplies across Western Canada and offer elite business consulting services to industry professionals. With over 20 years of operating experience, Summit continues to grow and expand, but don’t worry, we maintain a small business mentality as a family-run and tight-knit team.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions
- Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties
- Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock and process shipments
- Assist with merchandising, promotional activities and store maintenance
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current deals/promotions
- Maintain a professional, fashion forward appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
- Perform other duties as required

- Stylist or Esthetician experience is mandatory

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
