The Visual Operations Coordinator will focus on overall operational support for the Visual Department, assisting with the setup & execution of our wholesale showrooms and photoshoots. This role reports directly to the Visual Planning & Creative Lead, with the Visual Planning Manager overseeing the department. A Valid passport (est. 8-10 weeks travel per year to the US) and ability to lift 100 lbs is required.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Head Office (HQ)**
- Manage the reservations & receiving of all wholesale product in HQ (store transfers, samples, showroom reservations, etc.)
- Support with the implementation of all showroom updates: weekly, based on new samples/general maintenance, and any wholesale tradeshows
- Unpacking, assembling and placement of all HQ showroom product
- Unpacking and assembling of all samples & consistently liaising with PD team on sample status & any callouts/QC opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of entire product assortment & current showroom vignettes
- Full understanding of all product assembly within our current assortment
- Assist with providing accurate tradeshow inventory counts & communicate result to applicable departments
- Overall maintenance of HQ showrooms, including: minor paintwork, wall repairs, etc.
- Ensuring all customer-facing products are in good condition and either repaired or reordered as necessary
**WHOLESALE SHOWROOMS**
- Manage reservations and delivery of product for all projects (showroom, photoshoots, samples)
- Lead the unpacking, assembling and placement of all new product
- Assist with providing accurate inventory counts & communicate result to applicable departments
- Securing adequate operations support team members for all markets
- Lead all members of operations support team prior to & during setup
- Work with Visual Merchandising Coordinator to place all products accurately based on floorplan
- Organize any contractual work for showroom maintenance prior to and during showroom setup
- Maintenance of HQ showrooms, including securing paintwork, wall repairs, etc.
- Ensuring all products are in good condition and either repaired or reordered as necessary
**PHOTOSHOOTS**
- On-site setup & operational/logístical support for all photoshoots
- Unpacking, building and placement of all product based on shot list
- Assist with reservations & delivery of product
- Lead all members of operations support team (internal & external) prior to and during setup
- Securing operations support team members for every photoshoot
- Resetting & cleaning (as necessary) following photoshoot completion, both on-site and in Studio
- Resetting & replacing any removed product from HQ showroom floor
- Overall maintenance of the Studio, including: minor paintwork, wall repairs, etc.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
