**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies (Stratus Brand will be provided) and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas that require additional attention or maintenance.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Current availability must be Tuesdays after 6pm, Thursdays after 6pm, Fridays after 5pm, and/or Saturdays & Sundays anytime.
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience is preferred.
- Reliable vehicle is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience using backpack vacuum equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Minimal Supervision, however some premises may be video recorded.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling techniques.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
