**REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Previous new and pre-owned sales experience, customer service or hospitality management experience
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ensuring the customer’s complete satisfaction
- Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to inquiries
- Matching the right vehicle to customers' needs
- Maintaining thorough and accurate customer records and communications history
- Second nature for prospecting, cold calling and closing a deal
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and conduct test drives
- Presenting pricing options
- Addressing and overcoming objections
- Commit to on-going professional development
- Achieving sales goals

**Salary**: Up to $110,000.00 annually
