**The role**
In this role the incumbent will assist the territory manager with hiring, training and supporting new casual photographers in their region. This role is also responsible for working with other team members to continuously develop the team’s photography skills and professionalism.
**What you will focus on**
- Assist the territory manager in the proper functioning of the territory including:
- Field supervision, training and mentoring
- Field administration as assigned, which may include, responsibility for territory payroll including assigning of territory photographers to jobs, and approval of timesheets.
- Have detailed knowledge of all Edge Imaging programs and procedures to support the territory manager in the implementation and servicing of these programs
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and dispute resolution capabilities as it pertains to effectively and efficiently dealing with staff, customer and school client issues in a manner that promotes and enhances the Edge Imaging Brand
- Communicate territory matters effectively
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the Company’s field production systems and procedures in order that all orders and jobs information is completed timely and accurately in accordance with Company policy utilizing the systems and processes designed for that purpose
- Ensure timely renewals as assigned
- Exhibit the highest standards of customer service and be a consummate ambassador for the Company
- Territory preparation and planning including working on hiring teams as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**What we’re looking for**
- Diploma or degree in Photography preferred
- 2 years’ experience as an Edge field photographer
- Strong customer focus and organization skills
- Ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities
- Experience working with children is an asset
- Ability to work in a variety of schools within a school board region, with the opportunity to work in other school boards
- As this position involves working with children in a school setting successful applicants must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Ability to lift 25 pounds of equipment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
