We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for safely using torches to cut, trim, or shape metal workpieces according to specifications.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Safely operating cutting torches to cut and trim metal
- Setting up and preparing cutting equipment, including selecting appropriate torch tips and adjusting gas pressures
- Positioning and securing workpieces using clamps, jigs, or other holding devices to ensure stability during cutting
- Performing routine maintenance on cutting equipment, such as changing torch tips, cleaning nozzles, and refilling gas tanks

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- Previous experience and basic understanding of metal cutting processes and equipment
- Ability to receive, sort and organize different types of metals
- Comfortable working outdoors in the yard
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as required
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling hazardous materials safely
