Part Time On Call Driver

We are seeking skilled drivers to join our team Our drivers ensure that our clients trucks arrive at their designated sites safely and on time. Our drivers are NOT REQUIRED to do offloading work such as stacking and sorting delivered goods or keeping detailed log books.
**Responsibilities**
- Reporting any vehicle maintenance issues.
- Checking truck VIN, make and model against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Shuttle trucks as needed in all weather conditions
- Returning equipment following use and maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles operated
- Customer relations as needed on site, in person, and/or over the phone.
- Advertise, and represent the company with your excellent communication and driving skills.
- Familiar with the Lower Mainland road network and efficient routes for various times of day

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Class 1 preferred or Class 3 with a clean driver abstract.
- Experience driving a manual transmission, 18 speed or lower.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A minimum of five years city and highway driving experience and driving within Canada an asset
- Class 1 or Class 3 required
- Towing and/or mechanical experience is considered an asset
- Proof of vaccine is required for long distance positions as flights are required. Updated in accordance with the current Federal Mandates.

- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied days and hours with the possibility of travel within Western Canada which may involve being overnight stays and flights
