Primary Focus: Work the wood, ruffle some feathers and build your own cluckin’ following

Supervising:

- Working hand in hand with General Manager
- Carrying out shifts, closing and management duties
- Cash handling, daily reporting
- Responsible for daily alcohol inventories

**Responsibilities**:

- Mix up some damn delicious cocktails
- Get to know your guests..yes you have to actually talk with them
- Promote weekly features, because they are awesome
- Have a cluckin’ good time
- Demonstrate all aspects of our WIT service program
- Participate in all incentive promotions and programs..and kick ass well doing so
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Assist fellow flock members when needed
- Follow all systems in place
- Complete regular opening and closing duties

Skills required:

- Smart Serve Certification
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience required
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends
- Quick, efficient, hardworking
- Professional well-groomed appearance

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
