**Casual Concierge**
- Weekends - 11pm-7am

The Concierge is a critical role within our communities as it impacts the lives of residents and is vital to cultivating happiness in daily living of the seniors we serve

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responds to all resident and visitor enquiries as their first priority in a diplomatic manner, utilizing problem solving and complaint resolution skills and ensures all complaints are forwarded to the General Manager in writing.
- Greets all visitors to the building and ensures that their needs are addressed in a pleasant and unhurried fashion and conducts mini tours in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Provides clerical and computer support for day shift

Complete light housekeeping tasks
- Respond to resident emergencies while following company policy
- Respond to resident’s questions/concerns
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Completion of grade 12 education and additional applied courses preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience.

Proven organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership in the absence of management
- Must demonstrate computer proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word and power point.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff members are required to wear a mask, pass covid screening, and do a rapid antigen test upon entering the building. Staff are required to be fully vaccinated.
