**Production Associate - Winnipeg**

**Position**:Production Assembly Worker

**Duties**:In this role you will use basic hand-tools (saws, drills, nail guns) to assemble interior and exterior door units.

**Shift**:Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

**Compensation (depending on experience)**:$16 to $20 per hour

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Door shop/industry experience **preferred**
- Carpentry/woodworking experience **preferred**
- Comfortable with safely using the basic shop tools (saws, nail guns, pneumatic tools and drills)
- Mathematical aptitude, able to read a tape measure and understand imperial measurements to the 1/32 of an inch
- Understand how to read and comprehend work orders
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to safely and frequently lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Attention to detail and quality
