**The Opportunity**

**Duties**
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers
- Dispatch drivers to designated locations based on customer requests and driver availability
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Utilize phone systems and transportation management systems to track and manage orders and assets
- Perform data entry tasks to update driver schedules, customer information, and order details
- Analyze freight requirements and determine appropriate transportation methods
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Highschool diploma or (GED)
- Business / Logistics
- Diploma / Degree considered an asset
- TMW Truckmate experience or similar software considered an asset
- 2 years experience (You must have real commercial transportation dispatch experience to be considered for this role)
- Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to manage & prioritize the daily responsibilities using mukti-tasking skills.
- Strong skillset with Microsoft word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to function in a fast
- paced work enviroment
