We are looking for an experienced **Manager of Influencer Marketing** to lead and scale our performance-driven influencer marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in influencer partnerships, business development, and performance marketing. As the Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of our influencer programs, drive growth through high-impact partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate influencer efforts into the broader marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a deep understanding of the evolving influencer landscape.

**You will...**:
**Talent Sourcing & Relationship Management**:

- Develop and own the overall influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and performance marketing objectives.
- Identify and secure high-impact influencer partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead high-value negotiations with influencers and agencies to optimize investment and contract terms.
- Establish frameworks for influencer selection, performance evaluation, and optimization.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team, providing coaching and strategic guidance.

**Campaign Execution & Optimization**:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, CRM, content, analytics) to integrate influencer marketing into multi-channel campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize influencer impact and campaign effectiveness.
- Scale product seeding and ambassador programs to maximize organic influencer engagement.

**Data & Performance Analysis**:

- Own influencer marketing KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize spend, partnerships, and overall campaign performance.
- Develop advanced reporting frameworks to track attribution, CAC impact, and LTV contributions of influencer marketing.
- Present performance findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating clear business impact.

**Industry Expertise & Innovation**:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and new opportunities in influencer marketing.
- Drive innovation by testing new platforms, content formats, and influencer engagement strategies.
- Represent the brand at influencer marketing events, networking with key industry players to drive brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnership management, with a strong focus on revenue-driving influencer programs.
- Proven track record of building and scaling influencer marketing programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Deep expertise in influencer contract negotiations, pricing structures, and performance evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience managing data-driven marketing programs.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., AspireIQ, CreatorIQ) and social media performance analytics.
- A proactive, strategic, and innovative mindset with a passion for growing and scaling influencer marketing efforts.
