**Laundry Operations Associate** (Driver & Processor)

**Location**: East End Ottawa, ON
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Salary**: $22.80 per hour (30 hours/week minimum)
**Schedule**: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**About the Role**

Centre Town Coin Laundry is hiring a dependable **Laundry Operations Associate** to join our team. This dual-role position involves **driving a 9-foot cargo van** to deliver and pick up linens across Ottawa and surrounding areas, as well as assisting with laundry processing in our facility. Paid training is provided—no prior laundry experience required

**Key Responsibilities**

**Delivery Duties**:

- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules
- Safely operate a 9-foot cargo van in city and suburban areas
- Load and unload laundry bags (up to 50 lbs)
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service

**Laundry Processing Duties**:

- Operate commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers)
- Fold, stack, and package linens according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any damaged items to supervisor
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols

**Qualifications**
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving abstract
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous delivery or laundry experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Good communication and time management skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
