We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a leader in Charlottetown real estate, Dyne Holdings Limited.

Established in 1978, Dyne is one of Charlottetown’s oldest and most trusted property management companies. Located in the very heart of historic downtown Charlottetown, Dyne’s properties are conveniently grouped together within a couple of city blocks.

This position will be responsible for recording and processing transactions using our general ledger system, preparing bank reconciliations, government reporting, and other general account analysis and reconciliations as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** The individual must have proficient knowledge in the following areas;
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use accounting software programs
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional time management skills (planning and organizing)
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, communicating with a positive and productive attitude with internal and external contacts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum five years related experience
- Business degree or diploma with a concentration in accounting
- Accpac experience an asset
- Willingness to learn new skills and support the management team as necessary

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
