Job Description Jr. Estimator

Produce all quotation/shop design for sales team

Prepare accurate and precise shop drawings for production

Ensure all drawings follow our company standards

Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and Sales Department on all details of the project and missing information

Prepare new customer New Order files

Print labels for production

Follow up with suppliers for order status

To prepare all files and production documents/labels used in manufacturing products.

To review all files and produce Purchase-Orders for material needed for production.

Updating of new pricing in computer system

Print job costing reports.

Must have time management and multi-tasking skills.

Must have knowledge with the ability to read and understand Architectural construction drawings/blueprints.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

QuickBooks Enterprise would be a asset

CAD would be a asset

Must have 2-4 years of working in office atmosphere with fellow co-workers.

**Requirements**:
Experience in Estimating

Exposure to engineering and construction.

Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.

Experience in AutoCAD

Able to read blue prints/shop drawings/

A Self-starter, team player, accountable, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written, verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills to meet deadliness and detail-oriented individual with organizational skills

Manufacturing Distribution exposure

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
