**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual skills (English and [Italian]) are a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure the store is well-maintained and merchandise is properly displayed
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Hours :Tuesday - Friday (10am - 5pm), Saturday (10am - 4pm)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
