Framer/carpenter

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Construct, erect, and install structures made of wood or metal framing materials.
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Ensure all framing is completed according to building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades such as drywall installers, concrete workers, and siding specialists to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.

**Skills**
- Proficient in drywall installation techniques and carpentry skills.
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Experience with power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Knowledge of siding installation processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous for certain projects.
- Competence in heavy equipment operation for moving materials on-site.
- Experience in concrete forming is beneficial for foundational work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
