Host/hostess & Food Runner

**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with excellent phone etiquette - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Deliver food & beverages to tables
- Bus & clean tables ready for the next party

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team setting & keep a clean work environment.
