Wett Certified Technician

As a **WETT certified installer/ Chimney sweeper**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our clients' chimneys, fireplaces, and heating appliances, including wood stoves and pellet stoves and propane. You will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and installing these systems, **ensuring they meet safety standards and perform optimally.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Installation**:_
- Install wood stoves, pellet stoves, propane, fireplaces, and related heating appliances in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform site assessments and ensure that installations meet safety codes and regulations.
- Assist with troubleshooting and servicing of stoves and fireplaces as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to clients' inquiries regarding installation, maintenance, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards, adhering to safety guidelines and industry best practices.
- _**Chimney Sweeping**:_
- Clean and inspect chimneys and fireplaces to remove creosote, soot, and debris.
- Identify and report any structural issues, blockages, or hazards.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform chimney cleaning safely and efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on chimney maintenance and safety to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **WETT Certified** _(required)_.
- Previous experience with chimney sweeping, stove/fireplace installations, or related fields _(preferred)._
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely at heights.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with industry standards and safety regulations.
