**Online Sales Associate**:The Online Sales Associate works behind the scenes of our day-to-day store front operations to list and sell a variety of items using online marketplaces. Associates will be responsible for creating listings, taking product photos, and replying to online inquiries regarding products. Additionally, Associates will be picking and packing orders and ensuring they are shipped on time.

**Duties include**:

- Create item listings for various online marketplaces.
- Write effective and compelling item descriptions and titles.
- Verify the condition of each item and document any defects.
- Ensure that all items are accurately described and priced.
- Effectively research and determine item prices.
- Respond promptly and professionally to buyer inquiries, concerns and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the online marketplaces’ policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in compliance with company policies
- Continuously evaluate sales metrics and adjust listings accordingly.

**Desired Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, etc.)
- Good understanding of photography
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to do research and collect assets with mínimal instruction
- Web design experience is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $14.50-$15.50 per hour
