As a mall Santa photographer, you will capture joyful moments between families and Santa, creating lasting memories through high-quality images. Your friendly demeanor and creativity will enhance the holiday experience for visitors, ensuring every photo reflects the magic of the season.

**Job Details**:
**Photography Skills**:Proficiency in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, with an understanding of composition, studio lighting (Godox), and computer photography programs (Capture One) Using a mac computer with mac mail as well.

**Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage the flow of visitors efficiently, ensuring timely photos while maintaining a joyful experience.

**Technical Proficiency**:Familiarity with Capture One software to enhance images and prepare them for print or digital delivery.

**Greeting Customers**: Welcoming children and their families with a warm smile and festive spirit.

**Patience and Adaptability**: Comfort in dealing with varying moods and behaviors of children, adapting to each situation with ease.

**Collaborating with Staff**: Working with mall staff, including Santa, for event coordination and addressing any issues.

**Problem Solving Ability**: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve problems independently before requiring assistance

**Promoting the Spirit of Giving**: Encouraging kindness, generosity, and the holiday spirit among visitors.

**Qualifications**

**Must have a passing police check for the vulnerable sector (mandatory) or be willing to get one**

**Patience and Empathy**:Capacity to handle excited children, shy visitors, and various emotional reactions with kindness.

**Experience with Children**:Previous experience working with kids, whether in childcare, education, or customer service, is essential but not mandatory.

**Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to engage with children and parents effectively and respond appropriately.

**Flexibility in Scheduling**:Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, during the busy holiday season.

**Physical Stamina**:Ability to stand for long periods and engage actively with guests.

**Requirements**:
**Full contract completion**, we expect you to agree to finish all hours and be on time for all shifts

**Police check for the Vulnerable sector** since you will be working so closely with children. We can help you with this.

**Long standing**: you will need to be able to stand for long periods of time

**English requirement**: Able to read and speak English

**Must be 18 years old or older**

**Hours and dates**:
This is a seasonal contract, we require you to work all hours needed (aprox. 108hrs) Starting November 27th to and on December 24th 5p, these days include evenings and weekends. Please send a message for hours.
