The National Arts Centre (NAC) is Canada’s bilingual, multi-disciplinary home for the performing arts. **Salary**: $17.30 - $17.30/Hour

Language Requirement: Bilingual is an asset

Working Hours: As needed (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Job Reports To: The Restaurant Manager

**Key Activities**:
Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for completing all set-up duties on time and assisting your assigned server with a variety of duties.

**Skill Requirements**:

- High school diploma;
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar fine dining position;
- Physical work will be required;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis;
- Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 100lbs;
- Must be able to stand & exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours;
- Flexibility to work within an irregular schedule;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Fluency in both official languages is required;
- A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement*.
- Regular attendance at work is an expectation of employment and an essential part of every job._
