The Business Partner, People & Culture plays a key role in driving human resources initiatives and programs across the organization, providing strategic advisory support to employees and managers. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Business Partner, the role involves collaboration at various decision-making levels to define and implement the people & culture strategy. With Eddyfi Technologies' diverse international presence, the incumbent will engage in cross-cultural collaboration.
As a Business Partner, People & Culture, you will be responsible for:

- Act as a strategic business partner by collaborating with the executive team, employees, and managers to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage key people & culture processes, ensuring alignment with organizational values and supporting the business’s strategic objectives.
- Lead and support global people & culture programs, including consultation, communication, and change management, to maintain Eddyfi Technologies' status as an employer of choice.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, legal obligations, internal policies, and human resources management practices (e.g., employee engagement, talent management, recognition, disciplinary actions, absenteeism management).
- Support leadership in the talent assessment and integration process, identifying critical leadership roles and ensuring key talent is retained post-acquisition.
- Advise on workforce planning, departmental structure, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth and stability.
- Proactively address potential problems, anticipating challenges, and providing timely resolutions.
- Manage complex employee relations situations, including conducting investigations when necessary and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure regular communication with client groups to address concerns, foster engagement, and drive cultural alignment.
- Work closely with our Center of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and other teams, on projects that drive organizational performance and boost employee engagement.
- Monitor people & culture indicators and provide data-driven, tailored solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

**What makes you a great fit for our team**:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including talent management, engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation, and legal compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to think strategically within complex situations.
- Strong ability to work in a team and build good working relationships.
- Using a proactive approach to problem solving
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is an asset.
