**Daytime and Weekend Cleaners for Residential Buildings**

**Five Star Building Maintenance **provides full building maintenance, building management, concierge, caretaker and janitorial services. We are 100% Canadian and have been a leader in the industry for 20 years.

We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Cleaners for flexible daytime and weekend shifts**.

**Duties/ Responsibilities**
- Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms and lounges, etc.
- Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum as required by strata or management
- Maintain good housekeeping and general tidiness

**Availability Required**

Locations: Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, and Surrey

Daytime Shifts: Full-time and Part-time hours/ Monday to Friday and Saturday/ Sunday

**We require**
- Previous residential/strata cleaning experience an asset but not required
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent work habits and organization skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good understanding of English
