**Project Manager**

Business Instincts Group (BIG) is looking to add a Project Manager to our team. The Project Manager will work across a variety of teams, acting as a central point of contact, planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on schedule.

BIG is working with a variety of early stage technology companies all at different stages of their product life cycle. The Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is on the right track as well as provide ideas and insight into both building with early stage customers right to working with a repeatable process.

Responsibilities: *
- Achieves operational objectives leading teams through a proprietary strategic planning process and implementing other project management methodology where needed.
- Work across a variety of teams and be a central point of contact.
- Hold teams accountable and ensure they are meeting their deadlines using Asana
- Report to lead project manager as well as client sponsor, providing updates on progress making the team aware of possible roadblocks.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions for teams across the entire company ensuring that strategic initiatives align with that of the executive and board mandate
- Work within RIPKIT to report and track project progress with clients
- Provide monthly reporting on progress for client portfolio from a verity of departments
- Prepare quarterly reports for the executive team on progress for use at the board level

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3 plus years experience as a project manager in a tech company or another related industry.
- Project and process management
- Knowledge of web 3.0, NFT’s, and the crypto space is considered an asset
- Budget development and tracking
- Mentoring and coaching
- Ability to work on several projects at the same time
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Project management certification or applicable degree considered an asset but not a requirement.
- Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Asana and Slack
