**Responsibilities**
- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the shop.
- Promote sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques to enhance creativity in designs.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role within the retail or floral industry.
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional interaction with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
