**Signing Bonus up to $1000**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inspects product to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards. This includes checking for colour against colour panels, checking for roughness, dents, scratches, missing stain, and ensuring locks are working.
- Pays close attention to detail and works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Tracks repairs by tagging & logging and communicates repair issues to Team Leaders.
- Performs repairs as required. (ie. runs, white edges, etc.)
- Ensures units are scanned to the appropriate location, including rework.
- Ensures the units match the accompanying paperwork in the work pack.
- Verifies the correct hardware (type and quantity) is in each bag along with the installation instructions before sealing the bag.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
- Performs all responsibilities/services in accordance with company Quality Assurance and safety procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
- Previous quality assurance/inspection experience considered an asset.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills are required.
- Full skill set is required to obtain the full rate of the position.
