**What your day to day will look like**:
- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our Fence and Deck Products and the value First Class Fencing provides its customers building strong and effective client relationships
- Build trust and rapport with existing and potential clients while guiding them through the end to end sales cycle
- Provide estimates and drawings for prospective clients
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records daily on status reports
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- First and foremost, you must embody the values of First Class Fencing Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Precision, and Empathy. We hire on characteristics before skills. Skills can be taught, characteristics are individual.
- Must have proven history in customer service and enjoy meeting new people
- Must have a class 5 drivers license and clean background with reliable vehicle.
- Ability to build strong rapport and relationships with both employees and customers with excellent communication skills.
- Quick thinking problem solver with high level of dedication and the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to changing situations
- Work hard but also have a laugh with us - we love what we do lets have fun doing it
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
