**Project Assistant**
3vGeomatics (3vG) provides a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of an emerging technology.

**About Us**

**The Position**
This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate or an individual that is just starting their career. The main duties of the Project Assistant (PA) are to assist in the interdepartmental task of project coordination, under the direct supervision of the Sales Operations Manager. This role involves supporting Business Development (BD) Sales Managers, Operations Project Managers
(PMs) and the course of information between the two departments. Excellent communication, time management, organization and innovation are all skills essential to this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, ordering, monitoring and tracking of data and communicate as needed for issue resolution.
- Aid BD managers with proposals and any other assistance they may need regarding proposal creation and vendor setup.
- Coordinate with Admin when vendor certificates of insurance, certificates of residency or relevant company policies are out of date.
- Assist with invoice tracking and creation for contracted projects.
- Aid PMs in contract renewal proposals. Typically this involves drafting the proposal based off of the initial contract and have the PM review and make edits as necessary.
- When needed, assist all PMs with project status reports for internal tracking as well as external reporting (e.g. contract updates)
- Support PMs with Internal and External project KickOffs (KOs) which may include scheduling and arranging kickoff meetings internally and externally, creating presentation templates for external KOs and/or assembling Project Plans for internal KOs.
- Update and maintain project plans, and project templates.

**Skill and Experience**
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Comfortable working alone and with others.
- Exposure to earth observations fields or a technical environment is an asset.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a related position.
