We are currently looking for a General Laborer who will maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the General Laborer will help maintain the warehouse stock and stage finished product based on customer orders. You will be responsible for unloading product deliveries and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory.

**Job Duties**:

- Pick orders using a RF scanner
- Review and pick products based on customer orders and then pull the right products for each order
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, load, ship)
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording the location of inventory
- Help receive and process warehouse stock products (unload, pick, label, store)
- Assist with inventory control and keep quality standards high for audit
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report discrepancies and collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when the product is missing in a delivery
- Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
- Communicate and cooperate with co-workers and Warehouse Leads
- Adhere to any current or future standard operating procedures and company policies

**Job Requirements**:

- High school Diploma/GED required
- Ability to lift loads of up to 50lbs as required
- Must have safety footwear
- 1+ years in inventory management experience
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with use of handheld computers
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
